DESSERT

PENNSYLVINIA CREAM CHEESE CAKE, American

Ingredients

    Crust

  • 1 1/2 cups graham crackers
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 lb. butter, melted

    • Filling

  • 2 8-oz. packages cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla

    • Topping

  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
Preparation Instructions

Make the crust of graham crackers and line bottom and sides of pan. Bake 10 minutes and cool. Add filling and bake at 350°, exactly 20 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool, Then add sour cream topping and bake for 5 minutes.
