A stress free weekend away from home or even a day trip or outing can do wonders for you! You need a change of scenery, something to break up the monotony of work and your regular routine. Don't get me wrong, a regular routine is great, but when you look back on your life, it ain't going to be laundry on Mondays, vacuuming on Tuesdays that you'll remember. It'll be the fun times you had and the trips you took! So make sure you have some of those!
We try to get away for a week-end at least once a month. Sometimes we venture further away, sometimes we just explore the area and don't go farther than 20 miles. It's amazing how the stress just melts away when you get away. As long as you do it right...
