DoughMeat FillingPreparation InstructionsDoughDissolve yeast in warm milk, add a little flour, stir until smooth. stand in warm place for a while. Then add flour, eggs, salt and sugar. Mix thoroughly and stand a warm place. When dough has risen, divide into 2 parts, spread 1 piece evenly on a greased iron sheet and spread filling on top. Cover with second half of dough, seal edges, bake in oven for 1 to 1 ½ hours. Meat FillingFry ground meat in a skillet and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer cabbage and onion in butter until soft. Combine all ingredients. Variation: To make a meat and rice filling, boil rice, mix with ground meat and fry in fat.
