PORK CHOPS, American
Bread pork chops while preheating browning dish for 10 minutes on high. Coat dish with oil. Microwave chops in browning dish 1 minute on high on each side. Salt and pepper and cover with onion slices. Microwave, covered, on medium 20 to 30 minutes. These could be cooked just as quickly on stove top.
