PUMPKIN BARS, American
Blend eggs, oil, sugar and pumpkin together in a large mixing bowl. Measure flour, baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and nutmeg into 1 quart measure. Mix together lightly with a fork. Stir into pumpkin mixture.
Divide batter equally into two (8x8-inch) glass baking dishes. One at a time, MICROWAVE 4 MINUTES, 30 SECONDS to 6 MINUTES on HIGH, or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand until thoroughly cooled. Top with CREAM CHEESE FROSTING.
