APPETIZER

QUICK AND EASY CLAM DIP, American

Ingredients
  • 1 package (8-ounces) cream cheese
  • 2 cans (6 ½-ounces each minced clams, drained. Reserve liquid from 1 can
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation Instructions

Place cheese in 1-quart casserole or bowl. MICROWAVE 1 to 2 MINUTES on '6', or until softened. Drain clam liquid in casserole. Add clams, horseradish and onion, mix thoroughly. MICROWAVE 1 to 2 MINUTES on HIGH, or until hot.
