SALAD

SALAD, Hungarian

Ingredients
  • 1 lb lima beans
  • 1 onion
  • Salt
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 cup sour cream
Preparation Instructions

Cook lima beans until soft, not mushy. Drain and cool. Slice onion thin and add to beans. Add salt and a drop of lemon juice. Pour sour cream over all and allow to stand a couple of hours before serving.
