Sauce RemouladePreparation InstructionsShell and remove veins from shrimps. Dip them in floor and beaten egg yolks and fry gently in oil until nicely browned. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with lemon or sauce remoulade. Sauce RemouladeMix all ingredients and taste for seasoning. Serves 6. Serve white Rhine or white dry Bordeaux wine.
