RECIPES FROM THE RETRO HOUSEWIFE

DESSERT

SIRNIKY (Dessert), Russian

Ingredients
  • 1 lb cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup flour
  • Bread crumbs
  • Cooking oil, oleo
  • Sugar
  • Sour cream
Preparation Instructions

Mix cottage cheese, add whole eggs and flour. Mix thoroughly. Form into balls and roll in bread crumbs. Fry in cooking oil, oleo or butter. Sprinkle with fine sugar and sour cream.
