BEVERAGES

SPICY MILK PUNCH, American

Ingredients
  • 2 quarts cold milk
  • 2 quarts vanilla ice cream
  • 4 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ½ cup grated orange rind
Preparation Instructions

Mix cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and vanilla with the milk. Add 1 quart of ice cream, stir until almost melted. Float remaining ice cream on top of punch. Garnish with ½ cup grated orange rind sprinkled on top and use a stick - cinnamon stirrer in each cup. Makes about 4 quarts, or 32 punch - cup size servings.

Serve with doughnuts and red apples.
