SIDE DISHSTEWED CABBAGE, CzechoslovakianIngredients
Preparation InstructionsRemove the outer leaves of the cabbage, cut it in quarters, cut out the stump and slice into small noodle-sized strips. Pour boiling water over the sliced cabbage and strain it. Finally, cut onions and fry in fat, add cabbage, caraway seeds, salt and steam until soft.
