Meat BallsSauerkrautPreparation InstructionsMeat BallsMix ground beef, rice, onion (browned in fat), red pepper, pepper, salt and raw egg. Make meat balls of this mixture and boil in salty water for 1 hour. SauerkrautBrown onion in fat, add red pepper and sauerkraut. Add the juice in which the meat balls were cooked and cook together for 10 minutes. Mix the sour cream, and flour, add to the sauerkraut and boil. Serve with the meat balls.
