STUFFED PORK SHOULDER, American

Ingredients
  • 6-pound pork shoulder (boned)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • 3 tablespoons flour
Preparation Instructions

Have a butcher remove the bone, this leaves a pocket read for the stuffing. Carefully stuff and tie up with a white cord. Place in a rack in an open pan- Roast in moderate oven- about 350 degrees allowing forty minutes per pound.
