SALAD

SWEETHEART BEET MOLD, American

Ingredients

• 1 small pkg. orange gelatin
• 1 c. boiling water
• 1 medium can shoestring beets, drained
• 1 t. onion juice
• Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation Instructions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool. Add remaining ingredients. Fold in 1 pint sour cream. Pour into a mold.

Note:  This salad is a beautiful shade of deep pink.
