Preparation InstructionsRemove all bones, gristle and as much of the fat as possible from meat. Cut lamb into 1 inch cubes. Cook in butter until browned. Add onions and brown, then add tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper. Bring this to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 45 minutes. This is usually served with tomato pilaf. Contributed by Mrs. V.
