Stock or soup for tendonPreparation InstructionsMix all above (stock) ingredients. Let it come to a boil and cook for about 10 minutes. Then strain into another pan. Put the tempura in the stock and let it come to a boil for about 2 or 3 minutes. Them take out tempura and lay on top of the cooked rice (which is already in a large rice bowl).
