SOUPSTRIPE SOUP, CzechoslovakianIngredients
Preparation InstructionsWash the tripe in salted water. Put into cold water, add salt, sliced carrots, celery and root parsley. Boil until soft 2 or 3 hours. Slice soft tripe into noodle strips. Strain the soup (take out the vegetables), add golden roasted flour, 1 clove garlic mashed with salt, pepper, marjoram, chopped green parsley, sliced tripe and boil the soup for another 10 minutes.
