MAIN COURSE

TUNA SURPRISE, American

Ingredients
  • 1 can French style green beans, drained
  • ¹ 2 oz tuna, drained
  • ¹ 1 oz hard cheese, diced
  • 1 tsp. dehydrated onion flakes
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation Instructions

Combine all ingredients, put in small baking dish and bake at 350 for 30 min. 1 Serving - Lunch. SERVES 1 (½ HOUR COOKING TIME @ 350°).
