St. Valentine's Day Dinner, American

I found this menu in an old cookbook and thought I would give it a try this Valentine's day. It's from the 60s.

Menu Items

PIMENTO CUPS WITH ARTICHOKE HEARTS - (This is the salad)
CHICKEN BREASTS EN PAPILOTTE - (This is the main course - the Valentine's Day aspect comes into play in that the chicken breasts are wrapped in heart shaped foil, then presented on the serving platter to appear as hearts!)
