SALAD

Vivian's Chinese Chicken Salad, American

Ingredients

SALAD

• 2 cooked chicken breasts - cut up
• ½ to 1 head lettuce, shredded
• 5 green onions, sliced thin
• ½ pkg. Won Ton skins, sliced thin, brown in oil, drain
• ¼ cup toasted sesame seeds
• ¼ cup toasted slivered almonds

DRESSING

• 4 tbsp. Sugar
• 2 tsp. salt
• ½ tsp. pepper
• 4 tbsp vinegar
• ½ cup salad oil
• 1 tbsp. sesame oil - THIS IS THE KEY - exactly this proportion.

Preparation Instructions

You can prepare & mix all the dressing ingredients ahead of time. Toss all salad ingredients in a large salad bowl and dress. Serves 6-8.
