GOLDEN GARNISHSlice the white of a hard-cooked egg fine and add it to potato salad; press the yolk of the egg through a fine-meshed small strainer onto the top of a salad for a pretty Golden garnish.

WESTERN WAY SALAD, American
Add all ingredients to greens. Break raw egg over greens and add lemon juice. Toss thoroughly, add croutons, and toss.
Note: Croutons can also be used instead of bread crumbs.
