YOGURT DESSERT, Bulgarian
Empty contents of a package gelatin into a bowl. add the boiling water; stir about 4 minutes. Add juice, Using a larger bowl, stir the yogurt one minute, then start adding the dissolved gelatin, one drop after the other, under constant stirring. Pour into mold and chill until firm. To un-mold, dip mold into bowl of hot water for about 2 seconds. Remove, place serving plate over top of mold and invert fast.
